The HR Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, screening and managing candidate pipelines and internal client relationships for a variety of experienced, professional roles. Daily tasks include candidate sourcing, resume review, phone screens, hosting and conducting interviews and leading interviewer feedback sessions. Additional responsibilities include understanding the needs of internal clients (i.e. Hiring Managers / Organizational Leaders) and providing effective resourcing strategies and solutions; defining sourcing plans based on recruiting targets and budget and ensuring that it is in line with the company’s business strategy; acquiring and tracking market information on availability of resources; contributing to the strategy for building competitor intelligence, external marketplace intelligence and trend analyses; planning and implementing campus drive in both business and engineering schools. In addition, the HR Coordinator supports the HR Partner in other non-recruiting activities. These include but are not limited to immigration, personnel file management, participating in any HR audits and other general HR related activities as required.

  Requirements  

Minimum Requirements  

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 -5 years recruiting experience
  • Proven ability in a high producing, client-focused, customer service oriented role
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Microsoft applications
  • Willingness and ability to work with people across the globe
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Strong English communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE  

Preferred Requirements  

  • Ability to speak, read, write in Arabic
  • Knowledge of the global IT industry and ability to target skill sets from Information Technology / Health care IT
  • Exposure to Behavioral Interviewing techniques
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and candidate tracking systems
