Manager In-Flight Services - VVIP Charter Air
Salary
DH30,000 - DH35,000 per month

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Manager of In - Flight Services for the VVIP Charter buisness.
Responsibilities will include:
Successful creation of Aviation Cabin Services section
Obtain and maintain the AOC meeting all regulatory requirements for the Cabin Services section
To assit in the purchase of new assets form a Cabin services point of view
Identify and define the Cabin Services Section organisational structure and all positions required for the Cabin Services section
Employ staff to fill open positions
Build the capability to support an FBO with respect to Cabin Services to customer aircraft
Define organisational structure that allows the company to complete the sector
Enforce company strategy
Ensure level of Cabin Service is defined with regards to staff, grooming, house keeping, catering and in flight services
Ensure high levels of Staff customer service at all times
Monitor and improve on standards diligently
Ensure Cabin crew are fully trained at all times
Build customer profiles to ensure excellent service for VIP clients
Lead and motivate the team
Responsible for meeting all safety and legal regulations and ensuring staff also adhere
Skills Professional experience in a VVIP and executive cabin service operations to the level of Manager
A detailed understanding of Executive Passenger requirements from a mutli cultural persective
Minumum of 10 years experience in Cabin crew management
Detailed understanding or Aviation regulations and aviation law
Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
Experience in large and small airlines preferred
Experience in managing a multi cultural team
Experience ina VIP or Charter environment
