An exceptional opportunity has arisen with our Client in the United Arab Emirates, one of the foremost automotive manufacturers with a strong presence through a unique network of dealers across the Middle East region. Largely based in the Dubai office, the Sales Director is responsible for the network. The sales and marketing activity of this team is vital to the on-going success of the business, this role will play a pivotal part in the overall business strategy. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will enjoy a high-profile internally and, critically, externally - acting as 'the face of the Brand'.
The Role
Geographical are of responsibility covering over ten countries
Responsible for the appointment, management and development of the regional managers and support staff
Multi-million dollar budget
Management of the training department, which includes overseeing and assisting in the implementation of all training programmes across the entire region
Ensure company goals and targets are met whilst monitoring economic and competitor influences which may impact business development opportunities and strategic planning.
Develop programmes to assist further development and measurement of retail business opportunities.
Agree and achieve sales targets; advise on building projects; development, analysis and expansion of the regional dealer network

You are currently working with an automotive manufacturer as a regional manager or above, preferably sales. 10 - 15 years automotive experience
Excellent commercial understanding, gravitas, passion and first-class networking and relationship building skills
A proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets within a large, international automotive organisation
Exceptional leadership, communication, strategic thinking, motivational, talent development and negotiation skills
Detailed knowledge of multi-channel sales
Excellent presentation skills (importer, board and senior executive management level)
A detailed and thorough understanding of customer service
