Service Delivery Director
Salary
35,000 - 45,000 AED per month

Our client is a managed services organisation who require a Services Director with a minimum of 5 years experience within a similar IT setting of delivery management.
SLA expectations based upon customer requirements.
Contract management as it relates to managed service definitions.
The ideal candidate must have demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve and identify alternative solutions to meet customer business goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional presentation and communications skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of Cisco products, including converged communication solutions, network integration, data security, data centers and storage and advanced infrastructure.
Experience with Bluecoat, Brocade, EMC offerings is preferred.
Strong understanding and ability to position managed services while accommodating customer concerns.
Experience in project management is vital.
Proven history with implementation of service automation and management software for IT services support is essential.
Ability and willingness to learn, mentor and grow with the organization is greatly desired
BA/BS degree in related field.
Excellent interpersonal skills required
Skills:
Must have applied knowledge and experience in Unified Communications, SOA.
Identify customer needs in order to position managed services solutions in a strategic selling environment.
Applying marketing expertise to package managed services offerings for customers.
Maintain a current professional and technical knowledge of the product set and industry by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional networking communities.
Maintain project implementation with high customer satisfaction through PMO.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual activity projections.
Mentor sales teams in the managed services methodology and product set.
Facilitation of customer presentations and managed services requirements gathering.
Vendor management .
Manage helpdesk services, consistently striving for efficiency and
