Our client is a leading government developer based in Abu Dhabi who is in Joint Ventures with developers around the gulf.
Although being Abu Dhabi based the projects which are under construction are based in Morrocco, Jordan and Libya.
They are currently looking for a senior Contracts and Procurement manager. You will have experience of not just with contractors and consultancies but a range including developers.
This is a hands on role and you must be able to draw up and advise on procurement strategies and be able to protect the commercial interests of the developer at all stages
Arabic Speaking is a must
Skills Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
