A Senior Commercial Manager is now required who will be responsible for the commercial and financial performance of the Unit's procurement business, comprising a portfolio of multi-hundred million USUSD PPP projects in both the development and construction phases; robustly protecting and safeguarding the Unit's reputation and commercial position during all procurement activities.

o Professional legal degree and surveying background; blue-chip experience / trackrecord;
o Sound commercial experience (min. 10-15 yrs) in representing Client's interests during large scale capital expenditure projects or a portfolio of projects;
o UAE, Middle East experience required, however, consideration to exceptional candidates without this experience may be considered;
o BOOT / PPP experience a plus;
o Education and/or Healthcare design- and construction-related project experience a plus;
o Strong English language skills
