Building Service/Planning Engineer- Maximo/FM

A Major International Facilities and Waste Management Service Providers are seeking a professional Building services/planning Engineer to report into a Senior Facilities Manager. Required to be in charge of the programmed maintenance for a prestgious client including Air Conditioning units, Fire Systems, Motors, Generators and general maintenance. Required to co-ordinate all maintenance teams and manage a team of 2, an FM help desk professional and assistant engineer. Preferably with life cycle experience to look at equipment over the next 5 years and understand what needs replacing. You will be seen as the person who can deliver support to requestes and suppliers as well as the interaction between MEO co-ordinators and Maximo teams. Must understand safe practices, ie. cabling and to ensure FM works are kep to schedule and service delivery is of the highest standards. Preferably experience with CMMS and the implementation, manage KPI's and work closely with the operations team. Skills

* Building Maintenance experience with strong MEP exposure essential * Required to be a forward thinker who can analyse stratistical data * Must have strong communication skills and show leadership abilities and a certain self-motivation *Must have 5 years experience within an FM environment * Maximo experience would be advantageous however not essential * Procurement experience * Leadership skills * Preferably with Facilities Management experience in the Middle East
