A Major Corporation with developments Airside and large scale Residential and Commercial Properties are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Engineering Manager to join a newly established team. This reputable Global corporation already have over 20 towers and 1000 villas with impressive growth plans, seeking to expand the company by around 13,000 staff in the next few years at various levels. As the FM team is newly established the Director of FM is seeking an experienced and influential manager with a diplomatic manner to move the Engineering team into a cost centre and to take responsibility away from Senior Management taking ownership for the Engineering division. Seeking someone with at least 10 years experience managing complex developments and proven success in setting up and implementing policies. To look after the Sustainability and to be someone who is looked at as the expert in their field to other divisions. Required to manage the infrastructure for Airside as well as the large Residential complexes consisting of all hard services- HVAC, Power, Life cycles, cost management, PPM's and all maintenance providers. To effectively revise all sub-contractors and reduce costs due to budget but re-tendering. Also required to manage Construction Services, Fit-outs (painting etc) and to project manage these changes. To manage the Terminal Lounges and visual IT. Preferably someone from an FM Contracting background who isn't afraid to be hands on. Skills

* Essential to have at least 8 years experience working within a Facilities Management environment * Must have implemented Hard service policies and experience setting up start up teams * Must be willing to join a challenging environment and a newly established team * Essential to have experience managing a large portfolio of mixed use large scale projects * Must have experience on complex developments- preferably Airports or Hotels. Managing external and internal clients. * Must have excellent spoken and written English skills, preferably fluent in Arabic * Essential to have a diplomatic management style * Essential to have engineering experience with HVAC and power systems
