Senior Facilities/Property Consultant - Commercial

A Leading Real Estate Group within the UAE have an impressive portfolio working on Joint Ventures with Major developers and Real Estate Groups in the GCC. This forward thinking Group are offering a variety of career opportunities preferably to work and live in the progressive Emirate Abu Dhabi. These projects consist of large scale Waterfront Commercial developments, Beach Front projects with prestigious projects already acclaimed world wide. With driven Managers and supportive Directors the Senior Property/FM Manager is seeking to recruit a professional team to assist him in driving the already established FM team forwards. With projects already complete as well as developments at pre-construction phase there is stability and focus. Requiring FM's and Property Managers with a Consultancy background, if PM then leasing and Valuation. Someone with a variety of project experience who can add creativity and ideas to the team and have worked for blue chip clients or PM companies. Required to have experience ar pre-design phases to manage operability, advise on cost management as well as eventually recruiting and managing a small team. Experience with an International Consultancy or within the Investment/Banking sector would be advantageous and a willingness to live in Abu Dhabi or commute is essential due to the location of certain projects.



Skills

* Essential to have a strong background working with Commercial developments * Preferably to have worked for a blue chip company within a Facilities Management or Property Management capacity * Required to have a strong track record within your xareer and to have worked for an International Consultancy, PM firm or Law firm managing Commercial properties * Must have an impressive character and a driven attitude and to be extremely well presentable * Preferably with Middle Eastern experience however not essential * With regards to PM Valuation experience is essential
