Network Consultant

To work for the largest bank in Dubai on payrolls of a leading IT company.

Duration: 1 year ext

Position: Network Consultant

a. Excellent oral communications skills in both English and Hindi.

b. Expert knowledge and experience of routing and switching with primary technical focus on: (i) Layer 2 protocols, STP, PPP, HDLC, FR, ATM, MPLS (ii) Layer 3 next hop redundancy protocols, HSRP and VRRP. (iii) Dynamic routing protocols with primary focus on OSPF and static routing, (iv) Redistribution, (v) Multicast (vi) Security (AAA, ACL's and IOS VPN).

c. At least two years experience with working on the following hardware: (i) Cisco 6500 series switches and modules (NAM, FWSM). (ii) Cisco 7200 and 7600 series routes, modules and VPN configuration using VPN accelerator module. (iii) Cisco 2800 and 3800 series routers. (iv) Cisco access and distribution layer switches.

d. At least one years experience with:

(i) CiscoWorks LMS, (ii) Cisco IPS (iii) Cisco Security Manger. (iv) TACACS+

e. 4 - 5 Years solid experience working with Cisco equipment.

f. Qualification: CCNP and CCSP

g. Excellent diagnostics skills.
