Quality Assurance Analyst (Arabic Speaking)

As one of the most exciting and rapidly expanding organisations in the UAE, this Al Ain based organisation is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team.

The main purpose of the role will be to develop and implement key quality standards, procedures and indicators that enable the organisation to continuously improve operations and service delivery.

You will be expected to research and recommend new quality systems and assist in developing a quality improvement plan in accordance with the organisations strategic goals.

To be considered for this role, you must be a fluent Arabic speaker and be Degree qualified in a business related field. You must also have strong working knowledge of European framework for quality management and be familiar with strategy concepts, procedures and risk management.
