Our client, a leading food packaging and food service disposables company, is seeking a Sales Manager for the Non Retail Division.
Your responsibilities will include :
• Developing the tactical Sales Plans to meet the Company’s objectives;
• Implementing of Sales Strategies with clear goals and accountability, ensuring overall work quality and its alignment with the strategies and corporate standards;
• Ensuring that sales results match the preset sales targets;
• Effectively and efficiently building up and maintaining relations with key accounts and being directly in charge of following up on these key customers;
• Targeting customers in the Hotel & Catering Industries, Hospitals, Airports, Restaurant Chains and Franchises;
• Generating periodic Sales Reports & Sales Analyses;
• Managing a team of Sales Executives;
• Managing projects and motivating staff;
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in sales management with a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics. You should possess a relevant university degree with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. To qualify for this role you should have a valid UAE driving license with proven leadership skills to drive sales teams.
