Our client, a leading food packaging and food service disposables manufacturer, is seeking a Sales Manager for the Retail Division.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Developing tactical Sales Plans to meet the Company’s Sales and Marketing Objectives;
•Implementing the Sales Strategies with clear goals and accountability, ensuring overall work quality and its alignment with the strategies and corporate standards;
•Ensuring that sales results match the preset sales targets;
•Effectively and efficiently building up and maintaining relations with the key account customers;
•Generating periodic Sales Reports & Sales Analysis;
•Managing a team of Sales Executives;
•Managing projects and motivating the staff;
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in sales management with a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. You should possess a relevant university degree and excellent communication skills in English. To qualify for this role you should have a valid UAE driving license and proven leadership skills with the ability to drive sales teams.
