Our client, one of the largest advertising agencies in the region, is currently seeking to recruit a Communication Director
You will manage all Accounts from a top-level perspective.
This includes:
Strategic planning,
Market analysis,
Competitive activity analysis
Recognizing and capitalising on business-building opportunities.
You will work directly with senior members of the organization. You will be responsible for the Account’s performance as a whole, they often have limited involvement in routine Agency projects. You will be responsible for forward, long-term planning, deployment of Agency personnel and overall Account profitability. You will manage team workload and oversee contact with the Client and Agency relationship. You will also forecast monthly billings which they forward/discuss with Finance.
Your other duties will include but not limited to:
• Develops and maintains Client relationships, functioning as primary liaison between Client and in-house team staff;
• Works with Client to determine scope of work requirements and budgetary limitation in agreement with Clients positioning and strategy needs;
• Works with Client-assigned team of Art Directors, Writers, and Production personnel in selecting appropriate project solutions and estimating costs;
• Develops and submits proposed programs and estimated budgets to Client for approval;
• Monitors budgets and keeps Client apprised of adjustments or revisions to budgets and outstanding invoices owed;
• Keeps current on marketing trends and developments;
• Contributes and responsible for overall strategy, planning, budgeting developing creating briefs, initiating contacts and developing research components;
• Responsible for continuously building Client relationship and improving satisfaction levels; • Act as the voice of the Client with Creative teams;
• Insures project deliverables meet/exceed Client expectations;
• Sell Agency ideas effectively;
• Responsible for meeting monthly objectives in billings;
• Sending estimates for each job and ensuring everything from copywriting time, studio adaptation hours and account handling fees are met;
