On behalf of one of the world’s top telecommunications companies we are seeking a HR Generalist to be based in their head office in Riyadh.
Develop, Monitor & Implement the Performance Management System (PMS) for all the employees; provide support in linking the output from PMS with the other HR systems like Training, Career Planning and Succession Planning
•Ensure communication of any changes in HR policies to all the employees by mail/ public notices and provide timely response to employee queries for the same
•Participate to Ensure that the design of HR systems provides equal opportunity for reward/ development/ growth to all the employees and is not biased towards any function/ grade
•Participate in Revision of the HR policies & procedures in line with changing organizational & individual employee needs; ensure that the HR policies are at par with the other organizations in the relevant competitor set
•Design and roll out employee career management system covering all the roles and employees; conduct workshops to inform employees about the program and to enable them to use for growth and development
•Identify individual training needs for each employee based on performance appraisals, create a training program based on identified training needs and lead the implementation of approved training plan
•Periodically review the improvement in employee performance levels based on training provided to him and provide feedback to the corresponding function heads on the same
•Build network with HR professionals outside, conferences, knowledge sharing forums, etc to be up-to-date on new HR systems, competitor's initiatives, manpower plans of other similar organizations, etc
Additional Advantage Responsibilities :-
Participate in recruitment activities including screening, interview, shortlisting ...etc. Act as a Back-Up for Payroll & Personnel Specialist in case of absence & job rotation . Working on HR module of Oracle ERP system, test and validate the system for ensuring correctness and linkage to other systems being run WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE.
Bachelor Degree Business Administration or equivalent.
- Solid Knowledge of HR Processes
- Solid Knowledge of relevant legal aspects for employee relations
- Experience in Training Plan Activities.
- Experience in Performance Management Activities.
- Experience in Personnel & Payroll.
- Experience on report writing.
- computer literate ( ICDL is desired)
- Experience on Recruitment processes & activities.
Fluent in English and Arabic (native speaker) is essential for this role
Salary Sr basic $3000-4000, transportation 10% basic salary, housing 3 times basic salary, bonus and education fees.
