Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Implement trade marketing and distribution strategy in the area
• Develop and implement trade coverage plans for the area
• Meet volume, quality, visibility and availability targets within the area
• Manage the area budget ensuring productivity and cost optimization for the region
• Motivate, develop and manage the field force in the area
• Manage relationships with key distributors and retailers/wholesalers in the area
• Champion innovation in the development of trade programmes

The successful candidate will have :

1. Excellent Presentation Skills
2. Strategic Thinking
3. Leadership and Decision Making abilities
4. Sales Experience: 4-6 years in a leading FMCG company that has incorporated a trade channel and account management approach
5.Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English Languages
6.Should be a Libyan National.
