Direct Sales Agent
Reporting to : Direct Sales Team Leader
Location : KSA
Key Function:
To sell, renew and upgrade OSN subscription packages to potential customers from sales counters, whilst representing the company in a professional manner, providing answers/solutions to all points of enquiry.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•To sell, renew and upgrade OSN packages, providing customers with a wide range of product knowledge, packages and programming options to serve their viewing needs.
•To complete customer subscription contracts in detail and pass to relevant parties to process.
•Responsible to maintain the general housekeeping of each sales counter.
•Must achieve monthly individual targets assigned by Line Manager.
•To follow up on potential customers and aim to up-sell higher packages to existing customers.
•To ensure set KPI’s are achieved by implementing and adhering to business rules and requirements.
Profile & Skills:
•Minimum of 1 year sales experience.
•Must speak & write good Arabic. Knowledge of English language is also preferable.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
•Sales driven and target orientated.
•Confident, presentable and possessing a professional attitude.
•Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative.
•Ability to approach and deal with people at all levels.
•Basic IT skills essential.
•Self motivated and good decision maker.
•Good problem solving skills.
•Team player.
•Saudi national will be given high preference
•Candidates from regions in the North and South of the Kingdom will be preferred
