Job Description and Requirements
a. Assess client expectation, readiness, environment, and culture at the beginning of the project to prepare a realistic project plan in coordination with Project Manager.
b. Take ownership of the assigned modules in the Project and Interact with other Team members to ensure the critical activities are executed as per Project Plan.
c. Take all efforts to understand the Client Business Model and the interfaces of various systems involved in the project before providing final solution to customer.
d. Ensure documentation standards of the company while preparing the documents related to the Deliverables, Business Solution Designs, Business Process Mapping, Customizations and share the same with team members in other domains.
e. Ensure to Backup the developed work documents and programs on a daily basis.
f. Identify Best Practices, Standards and Regulations applicable to the industry and consider the same while configuring the application.
g. Configure the application as per Business Requirements and perform testing, training, coordinate for Data Loading and other implementation related activities.
h. Actively participate in the Project Progress meetings and contribute to identification of the risk areas affecting Scope, Time & Cost in the domain and report to Project Manager.
i. Proactively explore for opportunities for up/cross selling of new modules by demonstrating the benefits to the customer.
j. Assume responsibility of Project Lead as and when directed by the management.
k. Participate in project closure activities as planned by the Project Manager.
l. Should participate and complete the exams to maintain the Oracle Platinum Partnership.
a. Should Possess a Graduation degree with minimum two to Seven Years Experience in oracle SCM module.
b. Should have strong Business and Functional knowledge on Oracle Purchasing, Inventory Management, Order Management, iSupplier, iProcurement and Warehouse Management.
c. Should have Advance to Expert Knowledge in the respective domain and try to gain good knowledge in the new module being implemented in the Project.
d. Should have strong understanding of Industry best business practices and Standards, legislation and statutory regulation applicable to the region.
e. Good troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve problems after identifying the root cause.
f. Should have Good Knowledge on SQL, Forms Personalization and other oracle tools available.
g. Arabic native speaker only, strong English.
