Job Description:

Delivers and authorizes for Time Management, Cost Management, Information Management, Change Management, Program Management, Interface management and Schedule& Cost, Risk management Functions of the Project Management.



Skills:

10-12 years diversified engineering experience in Oil &Gas Industry including Project management, planning, and cost estimating and cost controls with at least 4-6 years in a supervisory capacity focusing on Project controls of projects in the upstream sector from inception to operators.

Experience and demonstrated skill in supervising, performing and presenting cost control skill to and analysis. Schedule development, Control and analysis, and overall project reporting activities. Skilled in oral and written communication with demonstrated skill to present planning & scheduling and cost information to management and Stake Holders.

Extensive experience on usage of Primavera (P6) and MS project. Capability to accept responsibilities and accomplish project objectives in a timely & professional manner. Strong organization skills and ability to function effectively and independently in an environment of competing priorities.

Knowledge of general EPC contracts issues, Design issues, standards, codes, specifications, yard fabrication methods, offshore construction operations,Oil &Gas operations and commissioning activities.



Education

Bachelor Degree in relevant Engineering Discipline or Equivalent.
