Job Description and Requirements
1.) Develop and implement business strategies to achieve team & company objectives.
2.) Achieve the team’s sales and service short, medium and long term growth plans.
3.) Lead, educate and develop SDT Staff - Build employee ownership and teamwork.
4.) Monitor and improve the team’s customer service and operational efficiency.
5.) Identify, build and establish new business leads.
6.) Identify and build generic growth from existing customers, by cross selling, etc.
7.) Lead and facilitate forecasting and planning for annual budgeting of the SDT.
