Job Description and Requirements
-Performs internal audit engagements fieldwork (financial, operational and compliance) in accordance with the approved engagement work program.
-Executes detailed audit procedures, including reviewing transactions, documents, records, reports, and policies and procedures for accuracy and effectiveness.
-Maintains audit files and records in accordance with the department standards.
-Under direct supervision, perform routine audit engagements and provide support on routine tasks and projects.
-Follow up on previous audit engagements.
-Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
