Job Description and Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
◦Attend client calls.
◦Support listings.
◦Prepare required documents.
◦Coordinate with the Developers, Property Owners and the Real Estate Agents for collecting the data, arranging the viewing schedules.
◦To manage the network of the brokers to find the competitive information.
◦Recommend the properties from the market for Investment purpose with competitive analysis of the market.
◦Maintain verbal and written communications with clients, tenants and vendors on issues related to managed properties.
◦Knowledge of Land Department and RERA procedures.
◦Good analytical and negotiation.
◦Coordinate with the property team in advertising and promoting pending listing.
◦Knowledge about the local rental and sales market.
◦Management of the Lease/Rentals of the owned properties.
◦General Administration works
◦Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
◦Perform all other duties as assigned.
◦Coordinate with the property owners and real estate agents for the viewing schedule for Relocation Consultants.
◦Effectively coordinate with the Relocation Consultants on clients’ needs, requirements and availability schedule.
◦Organize the key & photographs / pictures of the property with the owner or the agents the company is working with.
◦Take charge of coordination with the Real Estate Agents and Relocation team.
◦Send reports to manager on daily and weekly real estate team activities.
◦Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
◦Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
◦General Administration works.
◦Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
◦Perform all other duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements:
•College Degree preferred
•Extremely strong written and verbal English skills.
•Ability to review lease agreements.
•Ability to negotiate with real estate agents and landlords.
•Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
•Ability to work under time-line constraints and pressure’s
•Willingness to work overtime and additional days during peak periods.
•Accuracy and punctuality.
•Computer literate – Strong PC skills (knowledge of basic Microsoft Office software).
•2-3 years’ experience in local property industry
•Understanding of the local property laws
•Experience in real estate industry
•Multi lingual preferred
