Optimum spindle utilization
Supports in development of procedures
Meet daily production schedules
Scheduling and assigning personnel
Safety tests on all machinery
Reporting on production
Orders tools and equipment
Manage operator’s schedules
Shift handover
Skills
Minimum of a High School Diploma
Minimum 3 years of experience
Min 1 year in a supervisory role in a manufacturing
Excellent working knowledge of treatment processes such as anodizing, pickling, degreasing, polishing, primer and overcoat application, stripping
Good Communication across all levels
