Job Description
Quality, Planning and Production function of the respective business units
Assist annual departmental budget
Quality Assurance support to manufacturing line and supply chain
Supervising day to day activities of operators,
Facilitate testing and release scheduling.
Testing and controlling of raw material, finished product quality and in process quality
Advises business units on inspection and testing procedure
Analyzes plant reports
Developing, coordinating and implementing projects for improvement of processes

Skills and Requirements
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production or Manufacturing), with a certification in Internal Audit.
Minimum of 7-10 years experience in quality, production and process operations in aerospace / automotive industry with experience in QMS.
Must possess knowledge of process and audit for EN9100, ISO 9001:2008, 14001 & 18001.
Knowledge of statistical data analysis tools (e.g. Minitab).
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
Process Excellence/Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) Certification is preferred.
Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or ISO Certified Lead Auditor Certification. 
Awareness of international standards in environment, health and safety.
Strong problem solving, decision making, planning, leadership and analytical skills.
Customer focus and orientation skills.
Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office.
