Job Description
A Senior Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in large scale infrastructure based projects including highway and road projects is sought for a major international consultancy. The position is based in Doha.

The scuccesful candidate will be involved in some of the most integral Infrastructure based projects across the Region.

Candidate Requirements 
Successful applicants must possess a university degree in Quantity Surveying and an accredited professional affiliation such as RICS or CIOB. 

Job Specialities
Proven ability to manage, direct, plan and coordinate the administrative and fiscal aspects of a project, with particular emphasis on budget, cost estimates and bill of quantities for major highway projects.
Proven capability in preparing cost analysis, planning, controlling and value engineering, in addition to significant experience in recommending procurement methods for projects.
Contract administration and claims experience with a working knowledge of FIDIC.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships.
A minimum of 15 years of post graduate professional Quantity Surveying experience, with at least 10 years involved in large scale infrastructure based projects including highway and road projects.
