Job Description and Requirements
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
•Manages all in-store related activities.
•Manages the Cashiers
•Coordinates and directs the schedule & activities of cashiers
•Resolves customer related problems and queries.
• Resolves employee dispute.
•Implements store policies as set up by the management.
•Ensures that all promotions and marketing activities are implemented properly in the store.
•Prepares purchase orders.
•Receives orders from the main warehouse & suppliers.
•Ensures the merchandising planogram is implemented properly.
•Ensures that expired products are removed from the shelves.
•Stock Shelves, and adds or adjusts prices on shelves.
•Greets customers entering shop, and ensures each customer receives outstanding services by providing a friendly environment.
•Issues receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customer.
•Maintains the cleanliness of the store.
•Receives payment by cash, credit cards, or vouchers if available.
•Cleans the store, storage area, shelves, refrigerators, bathrooms, any machines located within the store, counters, floors and windows.
•Coordinates the duty schedule for employees.
•Links employees with upper management.
