Job Description and Requirements
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
•Stock shelves, and add or adjust prices on shelves and items as per the plan gram.
Monitors store security.
•Answer customer’s questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
•Bag, box, wrap, or gift wrap merchandise, and prepare packages or shipment if necessary.
•Compute and record total transactions.
•Identify prices of goods, services or admissions, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.
•Greet customers entering shop, and insure each customer receive outstanding services by providing a friendly environment.
•Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisement.
•Communicate customer’s requests to management.
•Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customer.
•Maintain the cleanliness of the store.
•Offer customers carry-out service at the completion of transaction.
•Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, or vouchers if available.
•Sort, count, and wrap currency and coins.
•Sell tickets and other items to customers.
•Any other tasks assigned from management from time to time
•Clean the store, storage area, shelves, refrigerators, bathrooms, any machines located within the store, counters, floors, and windows
