Job Description
Commitment to with policies and procedures accounting department, and the use of international accounting standards for the governmental sector (ipsas).
Keep a record of fixed assets and interest to enter and update data accurately and in accordance with accounting policies and procedures for the department and issued by the Department of Finance on how to deal with assets accounting of adding and exclusion, conversion and consumption, etc. and are consistent with international accounting standards for the public sector.
Check when preparation and Registration in the fixed assets Module of financial documents in terms of the presence of the origin and ownership of the stability circle and attention to classification by categories of fixed assets and in accordance with accounting policies and procedures adopted.
Preparation and prepare monthly depreciation according to the correct accounting items and make sure migrated to fixed asset accounts in the General Ledger.
Ensure the preparation of analyzes needed in the event of any differences / variables among the fixed asset register and regulatory accounts in the general ledger on a monthly basis and preparation of accounting entries and submission of proposals and solutions in order to keep the record correctly and updated.
Mastery of the work reports of fixed assets in accordance with the requirements of management and preparation for fixed asset inventory.
Closing report work monthly accordance with the policies and procedures adopted accounting and ensure the deportation of all operations of accounting systems associated with the application of Oracle Financials to the general ledger, and the work of analysis and necessary
adjustments in the event of any differences between these systems and regulatory accounts in the general ledger.
Preparation of accounting entries crisis and with a direct impact on the general ledger accounts in accordance with the terms and periods correct calculations and discussed with the appropriate functional levels in the Department of Finance if necessary.
Attention to the rehabilitation of the main accounts in the general ledger or sub-systems related to the preparation of monthly financial statements.
