Job Description 
Our client is currently recruiting for a Business Unit Manager. You will be directly reporting to the Sales Manager

Key Accountabilities
To achieve or exceed sales and market share objectives, maintain & develop his team and take business responsibility for maximum shares and profitability within given area (s).

Main responsibilities
Ensures achieving the short term and long term goals. Ensures achieving & exceeding personal & sales team targets.
Reports to sales manager on sales targets and goals.
Ensures achieving the short term and long term goals.

Main Task
1. Ensures optimal knowledge of the assigned market(s) size & growth, products competition, hospitals & health system /regulations and keeps sales management updated with the relevant information.
2. Forecasts sales and market share targets for assigned products and market(s) on the basis of market information & company's objectives in agreement with sales management.
3. Ensures maintaining continuous market share growth in his line.
4. Ensures frequent reporting on field and promotion activities performed against plans.
5. Identifies, recruits, trains & manages the sales staff of his unit.
6. Carries out field and other activities as planned while informing and agreeing with sales management any major deviation from plan.
7. Builds & maintains excellent relationships with potential/local accounts.
8. Provides customers’ feedback in improving products, services, sales policy & strategy.
9. Cooperates with sales managers in implementing sales and marketing campaigns to achieve best overall impact.
10. Assists in developing or adapting sales presentations for best local usage.
11. Works closely with the Supply Chain Management Dept to ensure the availability of products on time.
12. Provides Finance with all needed information to monitor account receivables & ensures timely payments from customers.
13. Attends local or other relevant medical seminars, conferences and trade shows.
14. Stays up-to-date about the Company's products and introduces new product lines to his sales team.

Technical & Functional Skills required

Experiences Required
Significant client exposure experience. Min. 4 yrs of exp. in pharmaceutical sales.
