Purpose of the Role
To assist RSM to manage and develop the GT channels plan within his region to deliver the agreed growth targets related to Egypt GT business.
Key Responsibilities
•Manages the delivery of the agreed growth and market improvement targets within his region ie Area
•Works with the line manager to align all GT below the line activities
•Manages the dist business performance
•Builds strong relationship with the key customers throughout his region
•Leads training, development, coaching for his sales team
•Is responsible for various initiatives e.g. EDGE, TPM, CCFOT
•Responsible for approx 100 million EGP per year
•Driving productivity through driving FCS
•Enhancing the maturity profile excellence
•Enroll and execution of perfect stores
•Driving RTM (Route to market) with specific channel need and opportunity
•Building capability of the distributors’ field force
•Helping the country manager in crafting the distributor business plan
•Taking the lead in executing and implementing the GT related KPIs of the business plan
•Manages 4-5 Area Sales Managers
•Min 5 years experience in sales. FMCG experience is desirable
•Communication skills
•University Graduate
•WK of computer skills
•Organizational awareness
•Leadership skills
