Purpose of the Role
To assist RSM & SM to manage and develop the GT channels plan within his region to deliver the agreed growth targets related to Jordan GT business.
Key Responsibilities
•Manages the delivery of the agreed growth and market improvement targets within his region i.e. Area
•Works with the line manager to align all GT below the line activities
•Manages the dist business performance
•Builds strong relationship with the key customers throughout his region
•Leads training, development, coaching for his sales team
•Is responsible for various initiatives e.g. EDGE, TPM, CCFOT
•Manages 8 TSIs "3rd party Sales Supervisors"
•Min 3 years experience in sales. FMCG experience is desirable
•Communication skills
•University Graduate
•WK of computer skills
•Organizational awareness
•Leadership skills
