Job Description

Foodonclick.com is the biggest online food delivery portal in the GCC. With over 700 restaurants in our network, we provide a fast, convenient way for customers to order food delivered to their homes. Our service is completely free for the customer. We have exciting plans for the next year, and are searching for some top caliber people to join our team.

After receiving a big investment from a leading fund, Foodonclick.com is getting ready to grow its presence in the region. Currently we are looking for a sociable, enthusiastic customer care agent. The primary responsibilities include:

• Confirming that restaurants have received the orders that we transmit to them
• Responding to customer telephone calls and working with the sales associates and network restaurants to resolve customer issues
• Providing reports to management team regarding top customer problems, top restaurant problems, and on call center performance
• Data entry - our customer care specialists are also responsible for adding new menus into our website in both English and Arabic

We are a small team headquartered in Dubai. We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a passionate, entrepreneurial team, and taking on responsibility outside of their normal work duties.

Skills
The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience:
• Must be willing to work flexible hours (our call center is open from 8am to 11pm)
• 1-8 years of customer care experience, preferably as part of a consumer-oriented tech company
• Demonstrated success working in a high-growth environment and working in teams under pressure
• Self-starter and team player
• Fluency in Arabic is absolutely required
• Attention to detail is a must - our call center agents are responsible for data entry of new menus during non-peak times; we have very careful guidelines for how to present our restaurant menus
• Strong preference for candidates who can work flexible shifts
