Job Duties
Actively identify, qualify and secure business opportunities to generate revenue.
•Prepare an annual business development plan and develop implementation milestones.
•Prospect and populate a pipeline of leads: ◦Identify and qualify potential clients using different sales techniques that require research and networking capabilities.
◦Use CRM system to report and manage workflow.
•Pursue and contact clients: ◦Make calls, prepare and conduct presentations, industry networking etc…
◦Build key business partnerships.
◦Initiate and coordinate business generation activities.
◦Research and prepare for client meetings.
◦Prepare proposals.
•Negotiate and close deals.
•Secure and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with potential and current clients.
•Maintain client relationships by account planning, continuous engagement, and follow-up with customers, timely response to business inquiries, and problem resolution.
•Work closely with the marketing team to develop and align business offerings for target markets.

Degree Requirements and Professional Experience
•3 years experience of business development/sales, experience within professional services/ consulting is highly recommended
•Business Administration Degree, specialization finance and accounting is a plus
•Knowledge and use of social media is a plus
