Job Description
A well established retail group is seeking to hire an Administration Coordinator. You will be reporting directly to the Deputy Finance Manager
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative and coordination-related support to the Administration Division in order to ensure its smooth functioning and achievement of objectives.
Key Accountabilities
• Document Update and Coordination
• Coordinate with the PRO on the one hand and stores, branches and sister concerns on the other, in order to ensure that all legal and internal requirements are met. For example trade licenses, contracts, leases, agreements, insurance etc
• Assist the Deputy Finance Manager in proof reading legal documents, against standards and highlighting changes in order for further action to be taken.
Administration
Support the Deputy Finance Manager in managing the entire spectrum of administrative activities like asset management (maintenance and cleaning), purchasing, archive management, scheduling, disaster management etc in order to manage the smooth running of the HO
Travel
Manage the business travel requirements which include tickets, visas, hotel accommodation, car arrangements etc in order to ensure that business trips are arranged correctly

Education & Qualifications:
High School
Experience:
2 years in a similar role
Experience within a retail company highly preferred
Skills:
Specialized Training Well versed with MS Office
Well versed with internet research
Fluency in written and verbal English/Fluency in written and verbal Arabic preferred
Knowledge Knowledge of the local culture and sensitivities
Knowledge of the retail business and its functions
