Job Description 
Well-established company in Dubai is looking for a personnel to support a multiple award-winning trading software and provide technical support to brokerage client. 

Requirements
Experience using and supporting online trading or charting platforms.
Understanding of international stock markets.
Understanding of futures contracts and global futures markets.
Fluent in Arabic, must be able to maintain rapid email and chat communication in Arabic and English.
Background in IT and desktop support.
Client service focused and relationship driven.
Previous exposure to Forex trading desirable.
Previous experience with CRM systems desirable.
Must have previous experience supporting retail GCC clients.
Must be willing to work flexible hours as required.
