Job Description
• Assisting in obtaining updates/ information from the local Ministries, Embassies
• Assisting in inducting new joiners into the firm
• Assisting Senior HR team members with employee relations
• Uses and applies own firm’s Human Resource Information Systems to enter data, source information, extract data and administer processes.
• Identifies, describes and explains own firm’s HR policies, procedures and processes (relevant to own area of activity)
• Assisting in filing, updating and maintaining records
Skills
• Bilingual; good English communication skills in both written and verbal
• Team player
• Time management skills
• Commitment toward assigned work/ responsibilities
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of local labour laws and practices
