Job Description and Requirements
1.Translate, edit, and proof read documents from Arabic to English and vice versa. Candidate should be familiar with media related documents (such as press releases, articles, books…, etc), legal texts (such as court orders, contracts, letters, MoUs, etc...), economic and financial texts (such as banking, annual reports, asset management, stocks, bonds, …etc).
2.Using the internet and available resources as research tools throughout the translation process.
3.Provide a grammatically correct, well-expressed final version of the translated text.
Requirements & Skills:
•Bachelor degree holder or higher in Translation, English Language and Literature, or any related field.
•Not less than 2 years experience in translation, preferably legal translation.
•Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Ability to use or learn how to use Computer Aided Software.
•Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
