Job Description: Our client, a multinational insurance company, is urgently looking for an Operation Assistant who will be based in their Dubai office. For this role, you will be primarily responsible for handling customers and brokers servicing requests in line with documented guidelines and rules, entering data for new business, policy issuance, checking data consistency, quality checks, completing customer file. YOu will be expected as well to do outbound communication with clients for missing data, policy validation, corrections / updates, cancellation and reinstatement of the policies.
Person Profile: To be successful, you should be a degree/diploma holder with minimum 1 year of experience in insurance industry for commercial lines.
