Job Description and Requirements
Job Title: Accountant
The main role of the Accountant is to ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and preparation of accurate monthly and annual financial statements, liaison with all related parties and support in smooth handling of internal and external audits
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
•Record daily operations into the General ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
•Process payments to suppliers and creditors.
•Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
•Prepare monthly reconciliations for Accounts payable, Accounts receivable and Intercompany accounts
•Prepare monthly closing entries
•Audit Petty cash expenses
•Prepare daily, monthly and annual reports
•Perform related duties and tasks as assigned by the department head.
•Good command of the English language.
•Good computer skills mainly Microsoft Office programs
•Ability to work within a Team
•Ability to take responsibility and work under pressure
•Good Communication skills and Attention to detail.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a suitable Related field
•Fresh Graduate up to 1 year of experience in an Accounting position
