Job Description and Requirements
A major automotive conglomerate in Saudi Arabia is seeking a top tier operations director to take full charge of one of the company’s Bus and Coach Fleets and spearhead the day to day running, management and operations.
Candidates must have long term experience in running public transport Operations as well as being in possession of the drive and dynamism essential to succeed and flourish in an ever changing working environment.
Arab fluency is a must as is technical operations expertise. The role is a hands on position and requires somebody who has experience with large scale public transport coordination and operation management.
To be eligible for this role, applicants must have:
• 10 years’ experience in a senior management position dealing with the coordination, planning and management of a public transportation or bus/coach operations.
• Arabic fluency
• A dynamic approach and a “can do” attitude
• People management and motivational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work in a very highly pressured role
