We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager (Government & Dealers) for Al Futtaim Interiors who will be responsible for achieving and exceed agreed budgeted sales and margin, while managing the development of new and existing customer base within the appointed territory.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager the K.A.M is responsible for developing dealer sales throughout U.A.E and also penetrates the government sector in Dubai for fit outs, furniture & mobile shelving systems.

K.A.M to ensure that each key client gets close monitoring, provide competitive rates & ensure smooth completion of projects.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • The K.A.M reports directly to the N.S.M, and is key to implementing the sales strategy for AFI across the appointed territory & sector.

  • The incumbent will focus on attaining and achieving sales budgets and market penetration, while driving the solution selling concept to the market place.

  • Communication and negotiation with internal and external customers across the appointed territories with regards to sales issues.

  • A focus on best practice, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and the drive for industry leadership.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor Degree with Engineering background or Business Administration. 5 years of additional qualifying experience in a similar role may substitute for the required education.

  • Work requires high levels of professional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels.

  • Work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

  • Ability to simultaneously manage several projects.

Minimum Experience:

  • This position requires business maturity, excellent judgment and a hands-on commercial spirit.  Successful candidates generally have 5 years of Interior fit out experience.
