Job Description & Requirements:
- Windows XP, 7 and 8 installation & trouble shooting.
- Installation and configuring of MS office and other related apps.
- Installing and managing Server OS i.e. windows 2003, Windows 2008 and 2012.'
- ability to manage Active directory, user creation and management.
- Configuring, backing up troubleshooting of emails.
- Maintaining & updating Antivirus.
- Scanning and mitigating Virus and other related issues on the network
- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting printer related issue.
- Identifying Hardware related problem and resolution if possible.
