Events Management Company is seeking to recruit a female executive events Coordinator, With the following Qualifications:
- Minimum Educational Level: B.A degree in Business administration or related field.
- At least 2 years experience coordinating special events, conferences.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, email and web searches.
- Excellent Typing and drafting correspondences in English.
- Ability to attend meetings after usual working hours.
- Maintains contact with clients, participants, sponsors, speakers & guests via telephone or written correspondence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.
- Presentable looking.
- Dynamic & highly organized.
-Ability to work under pressure.
