Job Description and Requirements
The Marketing Officer oversees the company’s marketing campaigns both internally and
externally and plays a key part in communicating the organizations marketing message.
•Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize
•Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external PR agency to see them
•Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their
•Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
•Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
•Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
•Developing and implementing an internal marketing program.
•Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
•Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
Requirements of the role
•Bachelor’s Degree in pharma, or any other related field with experience in Healthcare environment
•Excellent command of written and spoken English.
•Good experience in strategic selling and negotiation.
•Good computer skills.
•Having a medical research background is a plus.
•Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
•Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external mother companies.
•Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages.
•Previous experience in a similar marketing role.
•Strong and confident communicator.
•Excellent copywriting skills and experience.
