Job Description:

Provide technical support & expertise towards the implementation & maintenance of the ERP system, in accord with the MIS policies & procedures and ensure effective system configuration to facilitate efficiency of company’s operational processes.



Skills:

Policies & Procedures
 Facilitate the implementation of approved System Implementation policies & procedures across the company and monitor adherence to same to ensure effective system management.
System Implementation Plans
 Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the ERP system across the organization, in coordination with functional representatives and ensure periodic updating of management to facilitate decision making on the effectiveness of the system.
Process Definition
 Coordinate with users to clarify current & future operational business needs, and ensure all requests are developed / implemented on the ERP system.
 Analyse and carry out business process mapping so that ERP systems can be effectively configured to meet information & reporting requirements.
 Based upon defined functional business processes, work with functional representatives to develop appropriate functional specifications to support the definition of technical configurations and facilitate effective achievement of system requirements.
Testing
 Conduct testing of technical configurations to ensure that system accuracy and adherence business process requirements.
Roll out & System Migration
 Assist in the integration & roll out of the ERP applications, ensuring accuracy of system configuration and customization of modules to meet existing and future business requirements.
 Facilitate the effective and smooth system migration by continuously coordinating with users and external service providers.
Database Management System
 Develop and implement appropriate database management / business intelligence /reporting systems in order to ensure effective maintenance of information.
 Liaise with internal departments to identify user requirements, reporting guidelines and ensure accurate designing of templates and dashboards to facilitate effective management decision making processes.



Education: Bachelor of Information Technology or equivalent.

Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years
