Job Description
Directs and provide technical guidance to the assigned Project and/ or discipline engineers in the management of engineering design of large site development Houses, Schools, * * * * * Superstructure and infrastructure projects.
Report to the Design Director and the client on a regular basis on the progress, costs and quality of the project(s) and obtain authority from the client for any decisions/instructions required to ensure continuity in the design function.
Keeps the client informed on the status of all projects/tasks involving assigned personnel with respect to schedule, budget, task execution, work quality and client satisfaction, and contributes leadership, experience and expertise in the solution of difficult problems.
Monitoring all work executed at all stages, to ensure that an accurate and professional service is offered.
Professional interface with other disciplines and clients’ representative.
Technical responsibility involves organizing, interpreting, executing and coordinating assignments.
Ensure that contractual deliverables are produced and issued on time and in compliance with the client’s requirements.
Create a positive and proactive approach that drives the whole of the team. Conduct team meetings and direct actions.
Ensure that the technical teams are adequately resourced.
Reviews Project schedules and approves staffing estimates, new proposals, project budgets, work quality, solution management and pushes for progress.
Monitor adherence to the procedures described in the project management manual.
Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor degree(Civil/Arch) with at least 18+ years of experience.
Middle East & Saudi Arabia experience is a plus.
Bilingual candidate(English/Arabic)
Salary Negotiable
Must have working knowledge with good consultants on mega projects(Preferable Housing Projects).
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
