Job Summary:

Understand, Position and Sell Innovative Solutions - products and services in the following divisions:
• Information Security
• eBusiness
• Consulting

Detailed Duties & responsibilities:
• Maintain professional ethics and business conduct at all time
• Maintain presentable posture at all time
• Consciously follow the established sales cycle
• Maintain own sales activities within Salesforce.com
• Identify new sales opportunities by cold calling prospects and qualifying their needs and related fitness of INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS portfolio
• Know the DMU (Decision Making Unit) and establish trust relationship with them. Draw the organization chart and identify key decision makers (Internal & External) and their influence roles for INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS business
• Generate new leads (New customers) by reviewing the market trends and reports, in addition to reviewing prospect lists and assigned accounts provided by the IT Sales & Marketing Director
• Visit prospects and discover customer needs and key challenges
• Position the right solutions to the customer in cooperation with INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS presales team
• Gather product information for the customer and arrange for professional presentations in cooperation with INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS and VENDORS presales teams
• Assist the administration unit to gather information on overdue invoices to help in collecting outstanding invoices
• Attend the bi-weekly sales meeting. Must be prepared to answer any question on customer activities and provide opportunity progress report
• Attend frequent training courses and update sessions (on line or in class) offered by INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS technology vendors
• Maintain excellent working relationship with customers (pre, during and post sales transaction)
• Achieve sales targets along with related profit margins and COLLECTION efforts

• Weekly Visit Plan
• Key Account Book
• Quarterly Sales Forecast



Preferred: Bachelor of Science Computer Science or Computer Engineering



Acceptable: Bachelor of Business Administration or Management Info Systems (MIS) or other science fields
