Job Description and Requirements
FUNCTIONAL AREA: Admin Department / Property Development.
REPORTS TO: Construction Director / Chief Commercial Officer / Chief Operation Officer.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Receives all incoming calls and place outgoing calls (International calls) as required. Screen telephone calls for managers before transferring the calls
•Handles all inquiries within my capacity. Arrange callbacks to protect my boss time
•Ensure knowledge of staff whereabouts and maintain accurate sign in / sign out for onsite staff
•Receives and check the content of the documents transmittal list and receive it. Acknowledge the receipt of the documents. Record it in the data base / documents register in excel sheet
•Prepares of outgoing mail to include putting reference number, affixing postage, properly addressing
•Assists guest visiting in our office. Maintain meeting room reservation and facilities
•Performs secretarial functions such as typing, sending faxes and email messages
•Prepare attendance sheet every month
•Other duties as assigned
