Role Summary:
The Program Specialist serves as primary point of contact for students, assists in the implementation of the marketing plans and handles enrollment of students, in order to promote the products and increase awareness and market share.

Main Accountabilities:
•Implement and follow up indoor sales target under supervision of the Business Manager.
•Follow up on marketing leads, and on other leads generated.
•Meet with candidates, act as advisor and answer their questions. Register students, issue invoices, follow up on collections.
•Conduct ongoing competitive analysis with respect to the assigned products & collects testimonials from previous students for better marketing intelligence and customer service.
•Ensure passing rate enhancement and proper follow up on students’ homework, attendance, and complaints.
•Ensure each student receive outstanding service by providing students with a friendly and supportive environment, maintaining outstanding standards and solid technical knowledge along with other components of student service.
•Act as substitute for other program specialists when required.
•Gather, enter, and/or update data on MRM to maintain students and visitors’ records.
•Place order of marketing materials and classroom materials before the start of programs. Keep track of that as part of the inventory responsibility.
•Set class schedules; update schedules to reflect cancellations, reschedules, additions, and/or modifications of classes in coordination with the Operations Department.
•Under the supervision of the business manager and the Operations Department, assist in recruiting and training instructors. Follow up with instructors, assign instructors to classes, and calculates instructors’ fees.
•Explain policies and procedures to students and their employers; oversee compliance with Morgan’s policies, in order to keep quality consistency in customer service.
•Provide inputs to the marketing department to ensure leads’ generation and market share growth
Educational Requirements:
•Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent
Knowledge and professional experience:
•2 to 3 years of experience in marketing and or sales.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office
