Key Responsibilities
•Oversee and lead agreed projects for both consumer and customer Marketing within agreed timelines and budgets in order to deliver the agreed in-year activation plan and resulting P&L.
•Manage both internal and external stakeholders across all aspects of the assigned projects
•Budget management on all assigned projects.
•Management of external agencies where appropriate to ensure quality execution from concept to shelf.
•Provide leadership for assigned projects across the organisation.
•Own the delivery of assigned projects within the agreed Activation/Innovation Plan. Ensure transparency of changes to the business. Ensure the impact of changes and consequent gaps are identified and addressed.
•Ensure the transparency of key project related risks and opportunities, changes addressed, gaps identified, decisions taken.
Candidate Profile
•Minimum of 2 years cross-functional business experience
•Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical.
•Project management experience
•Strong problem solving & analytical skills
•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
•Strong service / support mentality and willingness to help others achieve their result oriented ambitions.
•Well-developed organization skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
•Must be proactive, high energy, detailed-oriented when appropriate, results-oriented and willing to initiate and nurture change.
•Good eye for business opportunities.
